The Canadian Association for Work & Labour Studies (CAWLS) is happy to announce the launching of its first National Speakers Series. These talks will feature prominent experts and activists committed to understanding and improving workers’ live, and advancing social justice.
They will be organized jointly with Labour Studies schools and research units across the country, and will be broadcasted via Facebook Live, as well as made available on CAWLS website for later viewing.
The first two editions will feature Magali Picard, Executive Vice-President of the Public Service Alliance of Canada, and Dr. Amanda Coles, from Deakin University, Australia.
