Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in 2018: Progresses, Setbacks or New Challenges?

The Call for papers for the EDI 2018 conference is NOW OPEN! The EDI 2018 conference will be held at the Université de Montréal, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
The EDI Conference is designed to bring together current research examining the new challenges facing the promotion of all forms of diversity, as well as the analysis of experimentation with policies and practices that seek to address these objectives.
We encourage professors, researchers, HR professionals, representative of companies and Doctoral students researching EDI to submit their work to one of the streams or to the general conference stream before April 30th, 2018. All submissions should be made via the EDI website https://www.edi-conference.org/index.php by creating and logging into your account.
We invite full and developmental papers, extended abstracts as well as case study presentations in English or French. Please check the streams descriptions for more details. All accepted extended abstracts and papers will be published in the conference proceedings and delivered during the conference.
To make sure that your submissions are received and reviewed, please submit as EARLY as possible. By submitting a paper, all authors also agree that at least one author would attend the conference. All submissions will be subjected to peer review organized by stream chairs with two referees for each paper. Deadline for reviews is May 15th 2018.
